We manage your domain registration and renewal so it never accidentally expires — which can take your entire website offline and hurt your search rankings. We handle all DNS settings too.

Regular Backups

Your website and all its content is backed up regularly. If something ever goes wrong — accidental deletion, server issue, or anything else — we can restore your site quickly.

What counts as an "update" that's included?
Text changes, photo swaps, adding or removing services, updating business hours or contact info, adding new pages, changing prices — all of it is included. Major structural redesigns are discussed on a case-by-case basis, but standard content updates are always covered.
How quickly are updates made?
Most updates are completed same-day or next business day. For anything urgent, call Greg directly and he'll address it immediately.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
If you decide to cancel, we'll work with you to transfer your domain and provide you with your website files. We don't hold your content hostage — it's your business, your content.
Do I have access to my own website to make changes?
Yes — if you want login access to update content yourself, we can provide it. Most clients prefer to just send changes to Greg rather than log in themselves, but the option is there if you want it.
Is my site backed up in case something goes wrong?
Yes. Regular backups are maintained so your site can be quickly restored in the event of any issue — server problems, accidental deletions, or anything else.
What if I already have a website hosted elsewhere?
We can migrate your existing site to our hosting and take over management — typically at the same $50/month rate. Call Greg to discuss the specifics of your current setup.
